OneList (the “App”) is provided by Jing Liu (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
The App’s core functionality is device-based. Tasks, schedules, categories, notes, reminders, and completion records that you create are used to display, store, and manage your content on your device.
If you choose to use Apple Calendar or Reminders, the App reads or writes the calendar or reminder data you authorize through the relevant system permission. When you use Apple Watch, widgets, or local backup and restore, the necessary task data may be synchronized or read between your devices and the App Group storage to provide those features.
The App requests system permissions only when needed for the relevant feature:
You can change these permissions in system settings at any time. Declining a permission does not affect core task-recording features that do not rely on it.
After you agree to this Privacy Policy, the App initializes Google Firebase Core, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics for basic analytics, performance monitoring, crash diagnostics, and stability improvements. These services may process device identifiers, app version and runtime state, usage and performance data, and crash or diagnostic information.
We do not intentionally send the text of your tasks, schedules, notes, categories, or reminders to Firebase. Firebase’s processing is also governed by its privacy and security information.
The App currently provides no App account or self-hosted cloud-sync service. Your core task data is primarily stored on your device. If you use local backup, you choose where the backup file is saved and with whom it is shared.
You can delete content in the App or uninstall the App to remove its local sandbox data. Data that you have written to Apple Calendar or Reminders, or exported as a backup file, must be managed or deleted in the corresponding service or saved location.
If you are a minor, please use the App with the consent and guidance of your guardian.
We may update this policy for product, legal, or regulatory reasons. Updates will be posted on this page and/or in the App. Where required by law, we will obtain appropriate consent before processing.
